Yes, Orbiill deploys billing configurations directly to your Stripe account via OAuth Connect. If you do not have one yet, you can create a free Stripe account at stripe.com.

Stripe processes payments. Orbiill helps you design, deploy, and optimize your pricing strategy. Think of it as a layer on top of Stripe that handles plan generation, validation, analytics, and experimentation so you do not have to build those workflows yourself.

Orbiill supports flat-rate subscriptions, usage-based (metered) billing, seat-based pricing, credit and token-based models, hybrid plans (base fee plus overage), and tiered subscriptions. You can combine models within a single plan.

The pricing widget is an embeddable iframe you can drop into your marketing site. It displays your pricing plans, syncs automatically with your Stripe prices whenever you update them, and supports A/B testing so you can experiment with presentation and packaging.

Yes. You can upgrade or downgrade at any time from your dashboard. Changes take effect immediately with prorated billing.

We accept all major credit cards processed securely through Stripe. For enterprise plans, we can also arrange invoice-based billing.

We offer a 14-day free trial so you can evaluate the platform fully before committing. After that, we do not offer refunds, but you can cancel your subscription at any time and retain access through the end of your billing period.

All data is encrypted in transit with TLS 1.3 and encrypted at rest. We use Supabase (PostgreSQL) for data storage with row-level security policies enforced at the database level.

No. We use Stripe OAuth Connect for authentication, which means we never see or store your Stripe secret keys. Orbiill only holds a scoped access token that can be revoked at any time from your Stripe dashboard.

Our infrastructure is hosted in the United States on Supabase and Vercel, with data centers that comply with SOC 2 standards.
