Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using the Orbiill platform ("Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

Description of Service

Orbiill is a billing infrastructure platform that enables software teams to generate, validate, and deploy billing configurations to Stripe. The Service includes AI-powered plan generation, configuration management, revenue analytics, pricing experiments, and developer tools including a REST API and TypeScript SDK.

Account Registration

To use the Service, you must create an account and provide accurate, complete information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

Payment Terms

Orbiill offers a 14-day free trial on all plans. No credit card is required to start a trial. After the trial period, you must select a paid plan to continue using the Service.

Paid plans are billed monthly or annually in advance. All fees are non-refundable except as expressly stated in these Terms. We may change our pricing with 30 days notice. If you do not agree to a price change, you may cancel your subscription before the change takes effect.

Payments are processed securely through Stripe. You agree to provide valid payment information and authorize us to charge your payment method for all applicable fees.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service for any unlawful purpose or in violation of any applicable laws
  • Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service or its related systems
  • Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Service
  • Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the Service
  • Use the Service to transmit malicious code, spam, or harmful content
  • Resell or redistribute the Service without our written consent

Intellectual Property

The Service, including its software, design, documentation, and branding, is owned by Orbiill LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of your data and billing configurations. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your data solely for the purpose of providing the Service.

Data Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy, which describes how we collect, use, and protect your information. By using the Service, you consent to the practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

AI-generated billing configurations are provided as suggestions. You are responsible for reviewing and validating all configurations before deploying them to Stripe.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Orbiill LLC and its officers, directors, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, whether caused by tort, breach of contract, or otherwise, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve months preceding the claim.

Termination

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your dashboard. Upon cancellation, you will retain access to the Service until the end of your current billing period.

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms or if your account has been inactive for an extended period. We will provide reasonable notice before termination when possible.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Wyoming, United States, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts located in Wyoming, USA.
