Pricing questions
Can I change plans?
Yes, you can upgrade or downgrade your plan at any time. Changes take effect immediately. When upgrading, you'll be charged the prorated difference for the rest of your billing cycle. When downgrading, you'll receive a credit toward your next invoice.
What happens after the trial?
At the end of your 14-day trial, you'll be asked to choose a plan to continue using Orbiill. If you don't select a plan, your account will be paused and you'll lose access to the dashboard and API until you subscribe.
Do you offer annual billing?
Yes. Contact our sales team for annual pricing with a 17% discount compared to monthly billing. Annual plans are billed as a single upfront payment.
Can I cancel anytime?
Absolutely. There are no long-term contracts or cancellation fees. You can cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Your access continues until the end of your current billing period.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express) processed securely through Stripe. For enterprise plans, we also support invoicing and bank transfers.
